Maintain Social Distance

Use tissue when coughing or sneezing and disposing them in designated covered trash bins
Wash hands at regular interval, scrubbing for at least 20 seconds each time
Screen for Temperature
Screen for temperature at regular intervals
Sanitize all water sports equipment at regular intervals and as needed
Special additional precautions for water sports
We are taking the following measures in order to ensure the safety of our guests and our team:
Everyone (guests or team members) entering our facility is required to get their temperature checked on arrival. Anyone with temperatures above 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit needs to leave the venue immediately.
Everyone (guests or team members) is required to respond to the following questions regarding COVID-19 symptoms. Anyone exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms (i.e. answers yes to any of the screening questions) needs to leave the venue immediately and seek medical care and/or COVID-19 testing.
Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the past 14 days? (Obviously medical personnel, first responders, or other individuals who encounter COVID-19 as part of their professional or caregiving duties while wearing appropriate PPE are exempt)
Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?
Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
Have you had new loss of taste or smell?
Have you had vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?
Everyone (guests or team members) is required to wear a cloth face coverings as per the prevailing safety guidelines.
Guests are to use only one piece of equipment during their visit (e.g. one kayaking paddle) to avoid cross-contamination.
Guests are requested to clean the used equipment using disinfecting wipes before and after each use.
We are limiting the number of guests inside our facility for indoor activities to allow for social distancing (i.e. at least 6 feet of separation).
Depending on the activity, we are restricting the group size and are avoiding the combining of groups to minimize close contact.
We are closing/restricting access to certain equipment to maintain appropriate social distancing among guests (i.e. at least 6 feet of separation).
We are prohibiting gatherings in break rooms or common areas.
We encourage parents / guardians to ensure that their children are able to comply with applicable guidelines (e.g., social distancing, wear face coverings).
The entire team is trained on mitigation and safety measures to safeguard against COVID-19.
We sanitize shared resources after each use.
We sanitize all high-traffic areas and high-touch surfaces (such as counters, check- out areas, keypads) every two hours and when visibly dirty.
